涮火锅 Shuàn huǒguō  still means “Hot Pot”

Shuàn means, to scald thin slices of meat in boiling water.


全辣火锅 Quán là huǒguō

Means Completely Spicy Hot Pot.


清汤 Qīng tāng

Means a light broth or clear soup. Used for non-spicy Hot Pot.


鸳鸯火锅 Yuānyāng huǒguō

Means half spicy pot, half non-spicy pot.


微辣 Wēi là

Means mildly spicy.


火锅锅底  Huǒguō guō dǐ

Means soup base.
